The Mediflow Waterbase pillow is the only pillow sold that has a patented base of water for support and a soft polyester layer above for comfort.
It can be adjusted to your own personal comfort choice by adding the amount of water to make it soft for stomach sleepers, medium for back sleepers or firm for side sleepers, and the directions show you just how much water to add.
