ePERKS

Before I found my home through Remax, I was doing a lot of surfing through many other Real Estate related websites.  The one that’s caught my eye for a while is ePERKS.  You get to learn a lot about the local Realtors in the area you’re interested in living in.  They list their statistics through the site, how many homes they’ve sold and what kind of cash back you can get on the homes that you buy.   I honestly never thought that houses came with a rebate but hey, if that’s just another perk that I have to learn down the road, I’ll certainly be glad to do it.  There are other listings on the site as well.  It’s not just Real Estate, it’s also Autos and Home Improvement as well.  Talk about well rounded.
