I just got back from the Vet a few moments ago, I’m annoyed because I missed “House” tonight. I’m sure I’ll be able to find it online somewhere so I can download it but that doesn’t mean I’m happy about it. I like watching things the same time everyone else does because when you get on the forums afterwards you have an idea on what’s going on.
When we first showed up we noticed that there was a bit of a line, after a few moments we realized that we were going to be there for quite some time. There was no way of knowing that it would take 3 hours of waiting in a hot waiting room before we’re even let into the exam room. Another ten minute wait in the exam room gave us a quick 10 minute consultation, and then a trip home. She had a pretty nasty ear infection, her ears were also kind of dirty as well so the tech cleaned everything out for me. All of the cleaning was supposed to be done by the groomer, there were a lot of things that the groomer didn’t do and it has me kind of annoyed with them at the moment. However, I know that I’m not going to have to worry about that anymore considering we’ll be in a new state soon anyway.
Now she has a cleaning solution that needs to be done twice a day, and medication that she needs to get right after the cleaning. I’ll be doing that for a few days and then I break it down to just once a day for another four days. From there, I just have to use the cleaning kit on her ears once a week and hopefully that’ll help things clear up. I’m going to make it a point to use the cleaning solution after I give her a bath so I can get down in there with a qtip and hopefully void this from ever happening again.
