Looking into Steel Buildings?

If you’re in need of some sort of storage solution for your home or business, then I have to recommend that you look into Steel Buildings. They can be used to house everything from a personal garage to livestock. Many people use steel buildings for cattle, horses and other farm friends to offer them protection from the outside elements. There is also the option of having them for residential use, you can turn them into a garage, storage shed and even a workshop. Or you can add one as an addition to your home. Going one step further they can…more»

Meat off the back of a truck?

A few moments ago a man showed up at the door offering all sorts of frozen meat that was supposed to be shipped to a restaurant that is closed for the day.  So in order to cut his losses he’s offering the meat at a low-cost price with a lot of different varieties included.  Everything from Fillet Mignon to pork and chicken products.  Now, Sean being the push-over that he is made a V-Line for his wallet so he could purchase these products.  Karen, being the level-headed one told the man to basically get the hell out of here. Her…more»

Helpful Services

When I first started AGN Solutions I never dreamed that it would get as big as it has. I have many clients and I am thinking of adding phone support. The problem with that is that I am not always at the phone, even if I put phone support hours, there is no guarantee that I would be there the entire time. That is why I have been thinking about hiring an Answering Service. With an answering service I can have real people take my messages and not have to rely on a machine for my clients to talk to.…more»

In need of money?

With the way that the economy is going, there’s no surprise that there’s a rise in borrowing money. There are many different routes to take when it comes to having the money to insure that your bills are taken care of. Secured Loans are the most common. A secured loan means a borrower is using a assets as collateral for the loan. If the borrower is unable to keep up with the loan payments, the collateral is taken by the lender where it’s then sold to satisfy the debt to regain the amount originally lent by the borrower. And while…more»

Macbook Pro

Since I’m in the market for a new laptop, I’ve found myself leaning towards a MacBook Pro. Even going with their base system it’s still so much nicer than the laptop I’m currently on. For $1,999 you’re given the following specs by default. – 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo – 2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM – 2x1GB – 120GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm – SuperDrive 8x (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW) – MacBook Pro 15-inch Widescreen Display – Backlit Keyboard/Mac OS – U.S. English – Accessory Kit Me, being the customizational freak that I am – decided that if I’m truly going…more»

Technerds need gifts too!

For the past few days I’ve been talking about holiday gift ideas for friends, family and coworkers. I’ll admit that the bulk of the items are limited to housewares but that’s about to change. My fellow geeks are itching for cool new technology to play with during the holiday season, and for the year that follows, so why not pick them up a gift from ThinkGeek.com? ThinkGeek offers a plethora of different gadgets and gizmos and contrary to popular belief, they aren’t all that expensive either. Take this USB Snowbot for example, it’s a snowman-robot hybrid with scanning LED eye,…more»

Web Hosting Options

I’m still poking around the Internet in search for a new place to park my servers. While I can’t personally go with this company, I figured I’d make note of it for those looking for affordable hosting. Gossimer.com is a Web Hosting and Domain Registration company that offers more than enough resources for someone to house their personal or business related website there. As far as statistics are concerned, their base Web Hosting packages start out with 200MB of Disk Space, 5GB of Bandwidth, 3 MySQL Database and 25 Email Accounts and 5 Parked/Addon Domains for $5.95 a month. If…more»

Gift Basket Fever

You’ve just been invited to a holiday party where you and numerous other people are going to celebrate New Years Eve with style.  Unfortunately you’re limited as to how much shopping time you have between this phone call and the actual party and showing up empty handed is considered rude (when it comes to the host, of course), so what do you do?  You head down to your local liquor store and pick up a bottle of wine? No, you spend a little extra money and bring in a gorgeous basket filled with goodies that either the host or all…more»

Authorized Microsoft Reseller with Academic Discounts

I’ve been an avid Windows user for many years. I was given my first personal computer a little over 15 years ago and before that I was using the family computer which ran on a very slow Windows 3.1 system. When XP finally came out, I was already locked into the simplicity of Windows and everything it has to offer. With a new computer system came new programs to experiment with. I was running on XP Pro on a 120GB hard drive with 1.5GB of RAM, the speed behind my system was nothing short of amazing, so naturally I wanted…more»
