I’ve been floating around on feelgoodwatches.com. I found them a few days ago but they have a lot of nice looking watches that I’ll never afford. There’s all kinds of different vendors to look through, I’ve been focusing around the patek phillipe watches, because they’re pretty nice looking and how could you not float around a page when there’s watches that cost up to $94,000! I think patek philippe may be a little too expensive for my taste but if I ever get to the point where I’m willing to buy a man an expensive watch then hopefully I have a few million in the bank so I could explain that purchase. I don’t see the point in spending more money on a watch than most people would spend on a car but I guess if you truly have that kind of money to mindlessly throw around then taking the route of buying a patek watch is the way to go.

The sad thing in all of this, from my financial stand point at least, is the fact that people will actually pay much more than this just to check the time.  I’m very happy with my $5 watch from Walmart, it has a great battery life and it’s a simple looking silver with a pale pink face.  Now, that’s because I can afford it.  If you compare someones $100 million dollar bank account to my $5,000 one, then something tells me it’s the financial equivalent of the $94,000 watch.  If you look at it in percentages, it makes more sense.
