Helpful Services

When I first started AGN Solutions I never dreamed that it would get as big as it has. I have many clients and I am thinking of adding phone support. The problem with that is that I am not always at the phone, even if I put phone support hours, there is no guarantee that I would be there the entire time. That is why I have been thinking about hiring an Answering Service. With an answering service I can have real people take my messages and not have to rely on a machine for my clients to talk to.…more»

What happens after that slip and fall?

It’s unfortunate but even with the smallest of incidents, people tend to resort to a personal injury attorney. When it comes to incidents like a slip and fall, for example, I wonder why people can get away with a lawsuit when the only real problem is that the person couldn’t look where they were going. I remember reading an article a few years ago about a women who was in a supermarket and went down an isle that was clearly marked with “Wet Floor, Use Caution” signs. Not just one sign, both ends of the isle had a sign posted…more»

Discounts that Help

When remodeling a home, no matter what room you happen to choose it’s more than likely going to cost you quite a bit of money. The nice thing about the Internet is the ability to find discounted prices on the items that you’re itching to own. Say you’re redoing your master suite and you’re looking for discount bathroom sinks. Kohler has been known to be one of the most expensive products known to the design world, so being able to find a $300 sink for a $127 price would really make your wallet happy, especially if you’re still able to…more»

Interested in Publishing?

I’ve never quite understood publishers, but I’ve always been interested. There is so much more involved in regards to Book Publishers than I ever really imagined. Sure, the author(s) write the book and that, for the most part, is the hardest process considering it requires the most creativity but I’ve never been sure of the steps to take after the book is completed. Now, I’m by no means an author so I highly doubt that I’d ever have a book to publish to the world. Heck, I can’t even write an eBook for that matter. So I went poking around…more»

Hey! Give need that back!

When I come across new and interesting resources, they either excite me, upset me or just plain piss me off.  This is one of the times when I’m upset, but it’s only with myself.  A few years ago my computer crashed, to the point that I couldn’t even save the hard drive and use it as a back-up drive so I could just retrieve my data. I was told, years ago, that it was going to cost a few thousand dollars in order to have the encrypted drive recovered, so I cut my losses and just moved on from there.…more»

Radio in HD?

For Christmas last year, my father bought me a 20″ HDTV and it’s always been a little bit fuzzy but that’s mainly due to the lack of digital cable in the house up in New York. It didn’t change much in Delaware, even though we were all convinced that there was HDTV in the house, but you can’t really predict something like that when you’re using a tube TV in almost every room of the house. Now that we have the wide screen in the office, Sean and I have been looking around for different pricing on new HD quality…more»

Lap of Luxury

A few months ago I took out a personal loan so that Sean and I could move to Ohio and begin our lives together under a new roof. Unfortunately that didn’t work out for us as well as we’d originally planned considering his brother moved down to Florida and he was really going to be the only one we had out in Ohio. There’s no point in moving to another state by ourselves if there’s no chance at outside human contact. So we’ve been looking into areas down here in Delaware and if we happen to find something in our…more»

Increase Your Traffic

Recently, Google updated their Algorithm for page ranks. I used to be PR5 but now I’m bouncing between a PR3 and a PR4 thanks to their updates. I’m not the only one this update has effected though, thousands of websites on the Internet have dropped in rank. Even MySpace and they were once the number one site on the internet with a PR9. Now they’re only a 7 – this is with millions of hits a day and lord knows how many back links. This is another way that Google has screwed me out of something over the years. I…more»

Consolidation

I’ve been doing some research around the Internet for Sean without his knowledge. While I don’t mind that the current loan needed to go in my name in order for us to be approved for it, I do mind that down the road if his credit status hasn’t changed, the mortgage would require an outside cosigner and I just don’t think that’s fair to them. So I’ve been looking around sites like cleardebtresults.com for Debt Consolidation Services. My focus is on Credit Card Debt Elimination because that’s what kind of screwed him out of getting any kind of a loan…more»
